College Advisor

Assist talent search participants with college and financial aid applications, track academic progress, and maintain records of participants. Support the talent search program in its mission to help disadvantaged students succeed in higher education.

Candidates should have at least one year of undergraduate coursework in a relevant field and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with low-Income and first-Generation students. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential.
