Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The social worker will evaluate and assess children and families to assist with planning and implementing individualized family service plans (Ifsps). They will also maintain records in accordance with regulations and perform service coordination functions to ensure desired outcomes for families.

Candidates must maintain a current state license for lcsw and possess a master of social work from an accredited school. A valid connecticut licensure or certification and a valid u.s. Driver's license are also required.
