Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a bcba, you will manage a small caseload of clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to rbts. You will also collaborate with families and lead interdisciplinary discussions to support child development.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in aba and an active bcba certification in good standing, along with an active licensed behavior analyst credential in illinois. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to working with children and families.
