Teacher of the Visual Impaired

The teacher of the visually impaired will provide direct instruction and develop individualized instructional plans for students with visual impairments. They will also communicate with families and caregivers to support student learning and development.

Candidates must have knowledge of special education and visually impaired pedagogy, as well as the ability to create inclusive learning experiences. A class 1 or class 2 professional teaching license is required, with preferred endorsements in special education.
