Residential Adv. 1 - Sub

The primary role involves instruction and supervision (80% of time), mentoring students in age-Appropriate daily living skills, assisting with homework, and ensuring student safety and whereabouts at all times. Secondary duties include maintaining a clean and sanitary environment and completing necessary record-Keeping tasks.

A high school diploma or equivalency is required, with preference given to candidates possessing training or experience in childcare within residential facilities, especially those working with deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or deafblind students. Proficiency or willingness to achieve proficiency in american sign language (Asl) is also a key requirement.
