Family Support Counselor

The family support counselor will conduct assessments of strengths and needs, complete crisis plans, and provide individual and family support. They will also identify community resources and develop natural supports for youth and parents/Guardians.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience working with youth and families. Strong computer skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-Paced environment are also required.
