The pharmacy campus recruiter manages the end-To-End recruitment process for pharmacy talent, including candidate attraction, screening, and offer negotiation. They are also responsible for building relationships with universities, coordinating campus events, and maintaining candidate pipelines through crm tools.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields and the ability to travel up to 50%. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in recruiting technology and strong interpersonal communication skills.
