Therapeutic Mentor– 4-day work week!

The therapeutic mentor provides positive role modeling for children and youth facing challenges in social skills and behavioral control. They assist children in practicing new skills in various environments to help them incorporate these skills into their daily lives.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent experience working with children and families. Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-Emotional disorders or autism spectrum disorder is also required.
