Service Coordinator - Part-Time

Service coordinators will accept and process dcf referrals to family networks and facilitate family team meetings. They will also assist in developing collaborative relationships among community and contracted providers.

An associate’s degree is required, with at least one year in a related field preferred. Bilingual and diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.
