The Teacher is responsible for delivering the Creative Curriculum and planning developmentally appropriate learning experiences. They also engage families, maintain assessment documentation, and provide guidance to Classroom Assistants.
A high school diploma is required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Candidates must have a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be willing to obtain it within the first year of employment.

The Teacher is responsible for delivering Creative Curriculum and planning rich, developmentally appropriate learning experiences grounded in that curriculum framework. Teachers share responsibility for TSG GOLD assessment documentation with their Early Childhood Specialist, engage families meaningfully, and support each child's individual development. Day-to-day direction is provided by the Early Childhood Specialist; administrative and HR matters are managed by the Assistant Director and Center Director.
