School Based Registered Behavior Technician

Rbts work directly with students in the classroom, implementing behavior therapy techniques and collaborating with teachers. They document interventions and progress towards goals while fostering independence and individuality in students.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have an rbt certification or a desire to pursue it. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent college credits, is required, along with experience working with children with developmental disabilities being a plus.
