School Registered Behavior Technician

Rbts work directly with students in the classroom, implementing behavior therapy techniques and collaborating with teachers. They document interventions and progress towards goals while providing support to help students develop functional skills and independence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a registered behavior technician® certification or a desire to pursue it. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent college credits, is required, along with experience working with children with developmental/Intellectual disabilities preferred but not mandatory.
