School Summary

Minnesota Connections Academy (MNCA) is a tuition-free, online public charter school for students in grades K-12 throughout Minnesota. MNCA is a member of the Minnesota Transitions Charter School (MTCS), a K-12 academic community. MNCA is a state-approved online program operated through a contract with Connections Academy of Minnesota, LLC, to provide the educational program and other services. MNCA is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, an accrediting division of AdvancED.

Position Summary

The Evaluation Coordinator supports the evaluation process by managing logistics, scheduling, and coordination. This role ensures that evaluations are organized, timelines are tracked, and all components of the evaluation process run smoothly.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule evaluation meetings, testing sessions, and team meetings
  • Coordinate student testing logistics, including materials and locations
  • Track evaluation timelines and maintain accurate records
  • Manage and update evaluation tracking systems and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for contracted evaluation services
  • Support Live Services coordination for evaluation-related needs
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected and organized
  • Communicate with staff and families regarding scheduling and next steps
  • Assist Evaluation Managers in maintaining efficient workflows

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in an educational or special education setting preferred
