RBT - Full Time - *$5,000 Sign-On Bonus - (STS, SCV)

The registered behavior technician (Rbt) provides direct care to clients, ensuring their health, safety, and welfare while supporting their development of basic living and social skills. Duties include behavior management, mentoring, and communication with the treatment team under the supervision of a bcba supervisor.

Candidates must be recognized by the bacb as a registered behavior technician and possess a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is desirable, along with the ability to complete required training and maintain a valid driver's license.
