YMCA Loudoun - Sterling Elementary - Senior Group Leader

The senior group leader will supervise pre-K and kindergarten students while designing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and routines. They are also responsible for mentoring other staff members and maintaining clear communication with families and site leadership.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working with children ages 3-6 in an educational or licensed setting. A high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for those holding a cda or early childhood coursework.
