YMCA Reston - Swim Coach

The swim coach will design and deliver practice sessions to teach competitive swimming skills while ensuring the safety of all participants. They are responsible for evaluating stroke techniques and providing positive, corrective feedback to swimmers and their parents.

Candidates must be at least 17 years old and hold current ymca or red cross lifeguard, cpr, and first aid certifications. The role requires the physical ability to work in the water and on the pool deck for extended periods.
