Middle School Special Education Teacher

The special education teacher is responsible for delivering online instruction, managing the learning process, and ensuring compliance with individualized education programs (Ieps). They must actively collaborate with students, parents, and related service staff to monitor progress and provide necessary accommodations.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and an active florida state teaching license with special education, reading, and esol endorsements. Proficiency in microsoft office and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment are required.
