Head Start Family Advocate Sto-Rox Field Office

The family advocate provides direct case management and support to head start families to foster self-Sufficiency and well-Being. They coordinate community resources, facilitate parent involvement, and ensure compliance with program performance standards.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and two years of experience in family services or case management. A degree in social work, human services, or early childhood education is preferred, along with the ability to obtain necessary clearances.
