Substitute teacher

The substitute teacher is responsible for the general supervision, development, and education of children within an assigned classroom. They must plan developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintain a safe environment, and communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Candidates must have at least 24 units in early childhood education or child development, along with 2-3 years of related experience. A valid teacher permit, pediatric cpr/First aid certification, and the ability to pass a criminal record clearance are required.
