ABA Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans designed by a bcba and uses positive reinforcement to help children build essential life skills. They are also responsible for collecting accurate progress data and maintaining collaborative relationships with families and the clinical team.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, the ability to pass a background check, and a valid driver's license. The role requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs and flexible availability between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, monday through friday.
