Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex - Chicago

The therapeutic assistant provides individualized therapy and implements evidence-Based intervention plans under the supervision of a bcba. They are responsible for collecting data on programming and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support student growth.

The role requires a compassionate individual capable of working in a clinic-Based setting with children who have neurodiverse needs. Candidates must be able to document progress and communicate effectively with families to ensure continuity of care.
