ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Chicago

The therapist will implement treatment programs under bcba guidance, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct care for skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording patient behavior data and maintaining client confidentiality.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working under a bcba and possess the rbt designation or obtain it within 90 days, along with availability between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm. A certificate, associate's, or bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field is preferred, and strong communication and excellent attendance are mandatory.
