Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

The bcaba develops and implements behavioral intervention programs and trains residential staff on individual support plans. They are also responsible for monitoring progress, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field and possess an active bcaba certification. At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is required.
