Summer M.O.S.T Youth Aide

The youth aide supports program staff by facilitating activities in academics, nutrition, and fitness while maintaining classroom materials. They are responsible for mobilizing members, ensuring adherence to rules, and fostering a positive environment for academic and social growth.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and the ability to work with diverse personalities in an informal setting. A current high school or college student status is preferred, along with the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.
