Core responsibilities
Provide direct 1
1 and group client care by implementing individualized behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols. Collect and record data on client behavior while assisting with parent training and maintaining a safe therapy environment.
Requirements summary
Must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and possess at least a high school diploma or ged. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly to ensure child safety.
