In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time

The bcba will provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, including the development of individualized treatment plans and the supervision of behavior technicians. They will also engage families through parent training and monitor client progress using data-Driven adjustments.

Candidates must hold a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. The role requires the ability to deliver assent-Based aba therapy and provide effective coaching to support staff and families.
