1 aba therapy to children on the autism spectrum by following individualized treatment plans and behavior reduction protocols. Responsibilities include collecting and summarizing behavioral data, assisting with caregiver training, and maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment.

Candidates must hold an rbt certification or be willing to complete training and pass the competency exam within 45 days. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting 50lbs and moving quickly.
