Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician provides direct and indirect behavior analysis and programming services to clients within the foster care system. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to monitor client progress and needs.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma and an rbt certification, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. At least three years of experience working with children and families with developmental disabilities is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass background and medical screenings.
