Teen Development Coordinator - Bentonville

The teen youth development coordinator fosters a supportive and safe environment by facilitating inclusive programs and building positive relationships with teen members. They are responsible for supervising youth, managing daily activities, and ensuring the physical and emotional well-Being of participants.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Prior experience working with youth and an understanding of trauma-Informed care strategies are preferred.
