Youth Development Coordinator - Bentonville

The coordinator will participate in training, collaborate with team members to supervise and support youth with dignity, and encourage participation through respectful engagement and choice in programming activities. Responsibilities also include assisting in planning and implementing daily, developmentally appropriate, and trauma-Informed programming.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess reliable transportation, and demonstrate dependability and integrity, with a preference for previous experience working with youth. Required attributes include understanding child development, the ability to lead group activities safely, strong communication skills, and the capacity to remain calm under stress.
