ABA Behavior Technician

The primary responsibility involves implementing treatment plans using applied behavior analysis (Aba) techniques for individuals on the autism spectrum on a one-On-One basis, utilizing positive reinforcement to modify socially important behavior. Employees must also diligently collect patient progress behavior data and foster professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, availability between 8

00 am and 12:00 pm monday through friday, willingness to conduct in-Home sessions, and the ability to pass background checks and a tb test. Candidates must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a state driver’s license or identification.
