Community Navigator

The community navigator will assist asylum-Seeking families by creating tailored engagement plans and connecting them with essential resources like housing and snap benefits. They will also collaborate with school staff and community partners to support student academic engagement and maintain resource hub inventories.

Candidates must be bilingual in english and spanish and possess experience in outreach or school-Based settings. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with knowledge of public benefit processes and the ability to work with diverse populations.
