Community Navigator

The community navigator will assist asylum-Seeking families by creating tailored engagement plans and connecting them with essential resources like housing, snap, and medical insurance. They will collaborate with school staff, social workers, and community partners to support student academic and personal success.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and bilingual proficiency in english and spanish is required. Candidates must have experience in outreach, school-Based settings, and knowledge of public benefit application processes.
