In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will oversee and implement individualized aba therapy programs while providing mentorship and guidance to behavior technicians. They are responsible for engaging families through parent training and ensuring high-Quality clinical outcomes through data-Driven decision-Making.

Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) with a commitment to delivering high-Quality, assent-Based care. The role requires strong clinical leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team of behavior technicians in an in-Home setting.
