Early Learning Home Visitor-Bilingual

The early learning home visitor conducts home-Based educational sessions to support school readiness and family self-Sufficiency. They also manage case files, perform community outreach, and connect families with necessary resources.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in early childhood education or family support services. Proficiency in both english and spanish is required, along with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
