Community-Based Mental Health Clinician

The clinician will carry a caseload and provide functional family therapy to youth and their families in home or community settings. They are also responsible for participating in team supervision, maintaining clinical progress notes, and coordinating referrals for additional support services.

A master's degree in social work, counseling, education, or a related human service field is preferred. Candidates should have experience with evidence-Based family therapies and a strong commitment to working with high-Risk youth and their families.
