If you’re not yet certified, we’ll support you through our ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for and pass the RBT exam, which is required by the licensing board (BACB) to deliver care.

What You’ll Do Direct Client Support Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Track Progress & Maintain Quality Collect, organize, and document session data accurately Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families Participating in team meetings and ongoing training Support Operations Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed Education/Experience and Other Requirements High-school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years or older if located in New Jersey) Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays Consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record BT: Ability to attend our 40-hour RBT fulltime paid training course and be eligible to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire RBT: Ability to attend required paid training program Opportunities for career advancement Paid Registered Behavior Technician training CEU reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Company-provided tablets Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS standard rate.
