Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and maintaining an orderly, engaging learning environment. They collaborate with lead guides to facilitate small-Group activities and foster respectful relationships with students and families.

Candidates must have experience working with children in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, collaborative mindset. An interest in learning and growing within the montessori approach is required, though prior montessori experience is not mandatory.
