Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher will lead a mixed-Age preschool classroom within a montessori framework, focusing on nurturing concentration, confidence, and deep learning through individualized guidance and prepared environments. Key duties include closely observing children, providing lessons in practical life, literacy, and math, and building strong, respectful relationships with families.

Candidates must possess a montessori diploma for ages 3–6 or be willing to obtain certification (Which is fully sponsored), along with experience working with children aged 3–6 in a group setting. A bachelor's degree in any field and required early childhood education or child development credits are also mandatory.
