Core responsibilities
The lead rbt provides one-On-One behavioral interventions and supports students across home, school, and community settings using aba methods. They also model de-Escalation strategies, train staff, and assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a current registered behavior technician certification and possess either a high school diploma with four years of experience or a bachelor's degree in behavior science. Additionally, applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with five years of driving experience.
