The Foster Care Case Assistant is a full time, onsite, hourly role (37.5+ hours per week) Mon-Fri with extensive field work required. Must be available evenings and potential need for some weekend work to meet needs of familes we serve. The Case Assistant works with Child Welfare Specialists and Supervisors to provide supervision of parent/child visits, transportation, advocacy and support for children and families served by The Baby Fold’s foster care programs. Provides transportation for children and/or family members to family visits, approved activities, court and other appointments, as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. One year of experience working with children strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Must meet background check requirements.
