Master Level Clinician

The clinician is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing applied behavior analysis and positive behavior support services for individuals in day and residential programs. They will conduct functional behavior assessments, analyze data, and provide real-Time coaching to staff to ensure effective behavioral interventions.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing positive behavior support plans is required, with bcba or bcaba certification preferred.
