Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The board-Certified behavior analyst will coordinate and provide services in applied behavior analysis, conduct function analyses and assessments, and manage behavior acquisition and reduction procedures for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing positive behavior plans, reviewing data frequently, and providing ongoing support to staff regarding behavior support plan implementation and documentation.

Candidates must be a licensed applied behavior analyst (Laba) in massachusetts and a board certified behavior analyst approved by the bacb. A minimum of three years of professional aba experience and two years in a progressive management role (Master's level) is required, along with being over 21, possessing a valid driver's license, and having daily access to a car.
