EPIC Credentialed Trainer

The epic credentialed trainer is responsible for delivering training and educational programs to clinical and non-Clinical staff on the epic electronic medical record system. They collaborate with subject matter experts to develop courseware and monitor quality improvement activities to ensure best practice standards.

Candidates must have three to five years of experience in an ambulatory care or related field and demonstrate expertise in adult learning principles. A high school diploma is required, and the individual must achieve epic credentialed trainer status within eight weeks of hire.
