Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

The licensed practical nurse/Licensed vocational nurse applies health and wellness care plans by working closely with students and nursing staff, providing services within the scope of state practice acts. Responsibilities include performing physical and emotional wellness assessments, reviewing lab results, following infection control protocols, and documenting all student encounters.

Candidates must possess a state-Issued licensed practical nurse’s license or licensed vocational nurse’s license along with a minimum of one year of practicing experience, and an active, unrestricted license to practice in georgia. Preferred qualifications include two or more years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a drug screen and nationwide criminal background check.
