Middle School Special Education Teacher - Case Manager (SY 2025-26)

The special education teacher acts as a case manager responsible for creating, managing, and supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (Ieps). They collaborate with general education teachers and paraprofessionals to provide accommodations and small group instruction while maintaining compliance with legal timelines and data privacy requirements.

Candidates must hold a current minnesota teaching license in a relevant special education field and possess at least three years of teaching experience. Strong knowledge of due process procedures, instructional technologies, and research-Based teaching strategies is required.
