Physical Therapist (32 hours) Jefferson Moss-Magee Outpatient

The staff level ii physical therapist is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning for all referred patients, aiming to progress them to their highest level of function. This role involves providing direct therapy services across various settings and coordinating treatment plans with other healthcare professionals.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program, along with a minimum of two years of clinical practice experience. A valid state physical therapy license and current aha bls/Cpr certification are mandatory requirements.
