Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Crystal Lake

The bcba will manage a caseload of clients, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and conduct functional behavior assessments. They are also responsible for supervising behavior technicians, collaborating with families and schools, and ensuring clinical quality through data analysis and progress reporting.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field and possess an active bcba certification and license. The role requires the ability to work in various settings, including clinics, homes, and schools, while maintaining physical agility and professional ethical standards.
