Autism Behavior Technician (RBT) BPI Champaign

Provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis therapy to children and young adults with autism in various settings. Collaborate with bcbas to help clients develop life skills, improve communication, and manage challenging behaviors.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks. Candidates must be physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, bending, and responding to physical aggression.
