Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a bcba, you will manage a small caseload of clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to rbts. You will also collaborate with families and lead interdisciplinary discussions to support each child's development.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in aba and have an active bcba certification and licensed behavior analyst credential in illinois. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to mentor others are essential.
